AXZ-5Q Graphite

Our AXZ-5Q graphite is a highly porous, low-density graphite grade that is well suited for applications in the air bearing market or anywhere lower density and/or higher airflow is required.

  • Average particle size of less than 5 microns provides high strength and resistance to damage
  • Natural lubrication properties reduces wear to improve product lifetime 
  • Inherent porosity creates necessary airflow when used in air bearing applications
  • Ability to be post processed to enhance a multitude of material properties to fit your applications
