Our portfolio of aircraft tooling fixtures, heating elements, Jigs, and mandrels are built-to-print and precision machined to exact specifications. We design from simple to rather complex structures that support the requirements for furnace or induction brazing, heat treatments and forming, mandrels, forging, hardening and tempering, stress relieving, metals forming, and annealing processes. The thermally stable, durable characteristics of our components make them ideal for the commercial, civil, and military aerospace sectors.
